I don’t have Canvas. Is there another app I can use for an iPad?

The tutorial mentioned above only uses the Justinmind app so you wouldn't need to use any other application.

I can’t open it in Chrome after I downloaded it on the iPad.

You will have to install Justinmind onto your computer if you want to create a prototype. Once you do that you can then download the app and display it onto your phone or tablet. Does this help answer your question?
