Inconsistency with simulating web-based vs mobile device. Web doesn't show bottom toolbar on any screen, however displays on the device all the time. Any ideas?

Hm, that's strange. Do you have a screenshot you can attach of each so we can get a better idea of what's going on?

Is it possible that you're simulating different versions of the prototype? If you open the prototype in the desktop application of Justinmind, click "View on Device", and then open the mobile app and click on the "View on Device" button, are they still different?

Hi, that is exactly what I do, I know of no other way. However, I work on a MacBook; I just tried on my PC and the bottom menu bar did appear momentarily before disappearing. Then on some other screens I could just see the hotspots peeking out from below the screen, as if the menu bar had dropped too low on the Y axis. This indicates that it is still there, just mis-positioned. Very odd, as it's fixed, and displays correctly on the mobile device.

It's hard to say why it wouldn't be working without the file. Can you attach it here so we can get a closer look? You can compress it to .zip/.rar format to attach it here.
