Simulation not working

I am using my perpetual license of 8.4.7 and the prototype is not simulating. I've changed the default browser in preferences to Chrome, Safari, and made it blank. Each one is giving issues

Hello Chris,

I am sorry that you are having problems with your prototype, it was not possible for me to reproduce the error so we will be sending this information to our specialist and we will get back to you soon. Meanwhile, you can either use the 'Share with reviewers' option and upload it to the server (from the server it will work) or upgrade to a newer version.

I am going to just use the latest version on a free plan on a different account for now. The latest version is working for me.

Hello Chris,

The problem is that the browsers have been updated and are no longer compatible with the simulation of versions prior to 8.7. You should install a higher version of Justinmind or an older version of the browsers. But if you have a perpetual license, the workarround for your version would be to post to usernote instead, Posting to usernote does work with your version.
