Hello, apologies for the inconvenience, in version 9.8.0 the android library were updated and the widgets you are looking for are from the old version, to recover them we can dowload the file from this link:
http://d2ld3he4yll0xl.cloudfront.net/AndroidComponentsOld.jpl
and import from "more libraries".
