I am trying to do an offline activation and I am getting this error when I try to login, with the URL from the offline machine on the side with internet access.
Hello, to reset your activations, visit the cloud platform at https://cloud.justinmind.com/. In the users tab to the right of your name, click on the three dots icon. From there, you can reset your activations.
