JiM 9.9: Unable to edit table size from properties panel
Hello,
When I drop a new table or text table in my prototype, I cannot edit the table size in the "Properties" panel. The "width" and "height" fields are not editable, neither at table level nor at cell level. (see attached video)
What is weird is that I can still manually change the table/cell size by drag and dropping the border of the table/cell with my mouse.
Everything works well with other elements (e.g. a rectangle for instance).
The issue seem to occur on all screens of my prototype, however, if I start a new prototype from scratch, it will work well, the table width and height are editable from the properties panel.
Am I doing something wrong or could it be a bug when an prototype created in a former 9.x version is migrated on the version 9.9 ?
Kind regards,
Jonathan

Hello Ria,
I don't want to share publicly the .vp file as it includes some R&D elements of our company, therefore I sent it by email to jim.development@justinmind.com
Let me know what you think.
Kind regards,
Jonathan

Hello Rias,
Unfortunately this is not possible for me since, due to an internal policy, only our IT has access to your support portal.
Note that I've raised numerous tickets via the community portal since several years. I hope we can continue like this, otherwise, this would become very cumbersome for me.
Kind regards
Jonathan

Regarding the way to raise tickets: if I remember well the problematic (as it was explained to me) is that we have one "administrator" account which is managed by our IT and which allows to manage the user licenses for our company. This account has access to your customer portal. However, we (the end users), do not have a nominative access to your customer portal. Is this something that you can activate for us so that even "normal" users can have access to the customer portal ?
Thanks Ria.

Hello Jonathan, there is a way to correct the problem, you would have to right click on the template you are using and then select 'Edit Template Styles' then go to the Table and Table Cell options a couple of times, finally hit OK .
Let me know if this solved your problem.
Greetings.

I faced this issue following a migration from JiM 9.7 to 9.9. So I am already on the latest version.
So I am not sure how I should understand your last message...

Hello, the problem with template styles comes from prototypes created with a previous version, in the latest version and in the future, you should not have this problem anymore, in case you create a new prorotipe and still have this problem, please let us know now .
