Cannot log in with desktop app
I am a paid corporate account customer. I was able to login without an issues, but then I got an email stating my "free trial" expired. I contacts support and they updated my account, but I am not able to log back in.
Any help or suggestions

There is no help --> sign out option. However something changed with my account and it said I needed admin access. I got temp admin access and I was able to login, my admins access was removed and I was still able to login. This AM after a reboot, I am not longer able to login.

Hello, sorry for the inconvenience, for justinmind to work correctly you need read and write permissions on the installation folder:
c:/program files/Justinmind/Justinmind Prototyper 9.9.5/
If you don't have them, the sign in, updates and others will not work.
We recommend you to talk to your IT department.
