Conditional button visualisation in a data grid

Hello, I'd like to insert a button in a data grid, but show it (or activate it) only if a given value of the data grid record (or better to say the data master record) has a given value.
Can anybody give me a hint on how to do that? Thank you very much in advance.

Hello, I am attaching an example, by selecting the row you will be able to see the event of showing and hiding the button and the condition depending on the information it contains.
