ability to expand/collapse screens, properties and outline panels.

You can hide the entire sidebar :)

well, the goal is not to hide panels but to increase its usability without to deal constantly with scrollbars or resizing.

for instance, when collapsing screens and outline panels, i can access more properties very easily (see pic)

Behaviour could be : expanding one will collapse the two others automatically.

Manual resizing will still work.
