Access to Customer Support Portal / Recover unregistered key
Hi,
First, I can't access to the Customer Support Portal even though I own a perpetual license. Is it only for enterprise customers?
Second, recently I updated my PC from Win 7 to Win 10 and I forgot to unregister the justinmind app. Is there any chance of recovering the key?

Hi Carles,
If you are the account owner, you should be able to access the support portal. You should have received an email when you signed up for your license asking you to designate a password for your support portal account, so look for that email.
Once you're able to login, create a request with this info along with your license key.

Second, yeah I'm the account owner but I can't access to the Support Portal and I didn't receive any e-mail about this subject (I checked it).
