Account Reactivation Issues

Our account has been cancelled for some reason (perhaps our old product manage), we've paid for a year and we can't find the support email or reactivate the account!

Why the hell don't you guys have some basic bloody email support. This process is unbelievably painful. We literally want to give you money and you're making it very difficult
