Account remains locked even after activated with a key
Hi, my name is Siqi, a student from UC Berkeley. Our team is using justinmind during a class called User Interface Design and Development. However, we built up our first version of prototype a month ago with our trial account. Then, our account expired, our professor has just sent us a key to activate. So we did, but our accounts are still locked. Then, we can only open the prototype without making any changes on it. We are in a time rush (since the project due is following Tuesday).
