Add "Select targeted component" to context menu of actions, where possible.
Although we can read the name of a targeted component in the tooltip of an action, and we can edit the action and scroll through the outline (if showing) to see what component is target, it would be much more convenient if we could switch to the targeted component directly via a new item in the action's contextual menu:
Selecting that menu item would permit immediate and convenient editing of the component targeted by the action.
