Add users using a .csv file

I am trying to add several users (students) to my account (classroom license), but when I click on the "Import" button, nothing happens (users are not imported, but there is neither any message). What can I do?

So sorry about that! We need some information in order to know what's causing this error. First, how large is your .csv file in mb? Second, what browser were you using to upload the file? Does this also occur for another Internet browser?

The .csv file is pretty small (19 kB), and I used both Safari and Chrome (both in Mac and Windows environments). I send you the .csv file in case there any problem with it.

Hi Christian,

You need to use the comma as the delimiter of his CSV file instead of the semicolon you are currently using. If you are using Excel to export your CSV data, this could be helpful.

You also need to fix the file you're using because some names contain the ‘,’ character instead of ‘ñ’ character.
