Application not opening and can't access files

I tried Just in Mind and made a few prototypes the other day. Now, 2 days later, it is saying the application won't open on my mac (error message attached). I reinstalled. I cant open my files! What do I do?? Please help. I have to share the prototype today for final review to our team. Thank you.

We're sorry you're facing this issue. Can you send your log files to us and we can see why this is happening? You can find your log files by going to:

On PC: C://users/youruser/Justinmind[version]/logs.log

On Mac [folder of the user]/justinmind/version/logs.log

Hi, I have Issue and I'm Not able to Open my Justinmind File, I checked the logs and it's showing

Saddam - I'm so sorry, but the file looks to be corrupted. I'm afraid we won't be able to recover it. I know this can't restore your work, but we have extended your Justinmind trial evaluation by a month, so you can have more time to work to recreate the file. Again, very sorry about this.

It's not extended yet. it's showing that "Your Free Trial has Expired" .
