Bug when using laptop trackpad to scroll

Since I use combination of laptop trackpad and mouse to edit, it is quite a nuisance when I scroll horizontally/vertically using trackpad (two fingers gesture) but the scrolling movement is bad.
I attach my video to show the bug.
Hope you can fix this soon.

Im using Dell Vostro, and justinmind version 8.3.1

I have the same problem with my Dell XPS 13 9360 (4K), for me it is also present e.g. in the fonts selection, I cannot scroll up using the touchpad
