Buttons and gestures not working on view on devices

Good evening. After publishing my app using the view on device tab. The buttons and gestures are not working

What kind of phone were you using to simulate?

Does this happen for other prototypes or just one in particular?

That's my first prototype and am using a Gionee M2

Yes they do

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately we don't have that type of phone available to test on here, so we aren't able to narrow down the issue more. We suggest updating to the latest OS of your phone if possible, or using a different device. Apologies for any inconvenience.
