Cannot open Just in MInd, receive a message that reads "An error occurred. See the log file ..."

Solved Victor Conesa 8 years ago

When I attempted to open JustinMind I receive an error message that reads "An error has occurred. See the log file C:...blah". Below are the contents of the file.

Also when I am attempting to log into the support via the website it is no recognizing my email/password.

I thought that I needed to upgrade, but I have a license and it is not recognizing my key (I am in a shared account and I am not the Account Owner but I have upgraded before without having to enter my key in again.

Same problem here. When I am trying to open it says error...consult metadata/.log

Hi Alex - can you attach that log file here so we can check it out? You can compress it to .zip/.rar format to attach it here.

OK. Here it is. Reinstalled the software and still the same thing.

Files: .rar

Looks like the file may have gotten corrupted. Can you right-click on the metadata.log. file and select 'Compress' and attach the file it generates?

I also have the same problem here. It says "File cannot be opened". But I opened the file earlier this morning and when I opened it again today it says that. Please help me I really need to finish this prototype by Monday, 21st June.
