I can't add comment on shared prototype, meant to serve for the review process. It does not matter where clicking. I have tried it in all IE, Chrome and Firefox browsers.
Can you describe the steps you are following? Are you working locally at prototype or through the Justinmind online account? Are you using the Teamwork feature? Please let me know as many details as you can so we can provide you a solution.
Best,

The export to HTML option is designed to just visualize the prototype. In case you need to add and see the comments at your prototype you should upload the (prototype vp file) to your online account and manage the comments directly there.

Hello Sonia,
I wanted to add comment as a reviewer.
I have exported the prototype to html. Justinmind created a folder where I could find the index.html
I wanted to add comments after I opened index.html from that local file. (I wanted to send the whole folder to the reviewer...)
But... after you questions I realize this is not the right way to collect reviews.
I have opened my online account and have been able to send the shared link.
No more questions :)
Thank you.
