Can't edit all fields in the Datamaster Properties window

Answered Athelene Gosnell 7 years ago

I have 15 fields in a data master. When I try to edit the data master (to change the field types), I can't get to the last 2 or 3 fields in the list, it just won't scroll any further. Any suggestions on how I can do this?

Hi there,

I haven't been able to reproduce the issue you're reporting. Can you try restarting Justinmind and see if you're still unable to scroll?

Thank you for responding. I did restart Justinmind and have the same issue. One other bit of information may be important. I created the Data Master via an import from CSV. Then, I added a few new fields into the data master. Those are the fields I'm not seeing. I can, however, edit those fields when I select View and Edit Records. I suppose I could just recreate it with a new import. But I'd like to know how to address this in case that wouldn't be easily done in the future. Is there anything else I can provide to help troubleshoot? I'm new to Justinmind so I'm not sure what information might be helpful.

Danielle, I'm new to the forum so maybe I'm not understanding. However, I don't consider this answered. I did as asked and still have the same problem. Is there some way to mark this a unanswered and get some additional input?

As an aside, I'm on a 30 day trial for Justinmind. I'd like to think this will work for me and make the investment to buy. However, if I can't be sure that something like this can be addressed, I'm not sure I'm willing to go all in. Can you please take another shot at this soon so that I can make the call before the end of the trial?

Hi Athelene,

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. If possible, can you try attaching the .csv file here so we can test this? Unfortunately I still haven't been able to reproduce this using my own sample .csv file.

Best,

Danielle
