I can't change the option "lock vertical scroll" in "Properties > Screen > General" after having performed the same operation on another screen before.
This is a bug in Justinmind. There is another workarrround: change the vertical scroll of the other screen (even if it is twice) and then change screens. That should let you toggle the scroll once. I am aware that it is still inconvenient but I believe it is not as bad as having to save and reopen the prototype.
The development team has been notified and we will let you know when it will be solved as soon as possible.
Best,
Marc

Could you describe the case a bit further so we can try to reproduce it?

Environment: Macbook / 10.9.5 / Justinmind Professional 6.1.1
1. Select a screen;
2. Go to screen properties and change the option "lock vertical scroll" - (no problem here);
3. Select another screen;
4. Go to screen properties and try to change the option "lock vertical scroll" - I got the problem here.
My solution: save and reopen the project.
