When I simulate my prototype, the content on the pages appears too far to the right and then quickly shifts (recenters) itself. It creates a very annoying shifting glitch every time you click to a new page.
I've also narrowed the shifting to content that is unique to the screen. Everything that is on the template does not shift, but the content on each screen does.
Yes, I am.

Are you sure it is shifting? For me, it is not shifted... but enlarged. Basically the upper-left corner is affixed to the proper x/y coordinate, and the rest of the screen is enlarged with my prototype bleeding about ~20% off to the right and ~20% below the edge of my iPhone6 display. It's as if it's trying to display iPhone6+ content on an iPhone6 See 2 screen shots of 1) what it should show as per the design on the desktop app, and 2) the iPhone screenshot of what is being displayed.

Also... I'm new to this forum... but it would be nice if there could be time & date stamps for when problems where posted and when they were replied to. ...or was this really posted and replied to "over 3 years ago" and still not fixed?

Are you using the option to center the content in the screen?

Ok, thanks for reporting it. We'll work on it.
