data master tables don't display

I have a prototype containing two data master tables. I was running user testing sessions last week, using a public prototype link, and the participants were unable to see the tables. They were using Chrome as their browser. However I've just asked a colleague to re-test this this morning and he is unable to view them either on Microsoft Edge. I am able to view the tables without any issues myself.
Do the tables eventually load? Sometimes prototypes with multiple Data elements on one screen can take a while to load initially.

Hi Danielle, it didn’t load at all even after 5 seconds for two of the participants - but did for the other two. All of them ran it in Chrome - and one in Microsoft Edge. The two that couldn’t run it viewed the link as a public prototype and invite only. Many thanks for your help.

Did it load after 20 seconds? Sometimes it can take quite a while, depending on the prototype and how many applications you have open.

Would you be able to send us the prototype? You should have an account in the customer support portal, so you could attach it privately rather than on a public forum.
