Detecting scrolling without a scroll bar showing
I would like to create a page similar to the Mac Pro page (http://www.apple.com/mac-pro/).
I have a page with multiple illustrations showing/hiding and would like to control this via scrolling up/down. I don't want the actual page to scroll up/down while the illustrations are showing/hiding.
I tried checking "Lock vertical scroll" to hide the scroll bar but if I do that scrolling is not detected.
Is this possible?
