Editing Comments in Shared Prototype removes formatting

As a user, I need ability to ADD AND EDIT comments that contain formatting so that when others view the comments, the formatting remains in tact.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Add comment with RETURNS
2. Click the gear to edit the comment
3. Notice how all the formatting is gone... no bueno.

Hi,

Any progress on this? We're also having a problem with the comment command. After adding a comment, the browser is still in comment mode and there is no way to cancel it. Clicking the comment icon again is not working to exit from comment comment mode.

my problem is now resolved, I just need to press/click the play icon before the comment.
