Error Publishing the prototype

Hi.. All
I am receiving error "Error publising the prototype" when I try to publish new prototype
Why ? and Any Solutions for it ?

Does this error happen when you try to upload any prototype to your account, or is it only one prototype? If it is only one prototype, can you attach it here so we can check it out? You can compress it to .zip/.rar format to attach it here.

Is there any way to send it beside with Rar ? Because the prototype that I compress with Rar the size is 3,1 Mb, is over the capacity to upload that only 2 Mb
