Hi,

Whenever I try to commit anything from my prototype, I get this error. It tells me nothing. What can I do? How can I proceed?

So sorry about this! We're taking a look at those log files and I'll let you know of a solution as soon as I can. In the mean time, you can save a copy of your prototype offline to keep working on it. To do so, go to File > Save a copy.

Try this:

1. First, make sure you've saved a local copy of your prototype (File > Save a copy).

2. Go to Preferences > Justinmind account > click 'Clear data' under 'Delete all local files under the current user'. This will delete all shared items (libraries, Teamwork files) from your computer. You'll be able to download them again, but any unsaved changes will be lost - so it's important that you save any changes locally before doing this.

3. Open the Teamwork prototype you were unable to commit changes to earlier. Go to File > Import > Prototype > Select the copy of the file you saved earlier. There will be options to copy or discard parts of the prototype. Make sure to select 'copy' for the parts of the prototype you made changes to, and 'discard' anything from the prototype that you did not change.

Now, delete the original screens that are outdated and rename the 'Copy' screens to remove the 'Copy' from their name. Then try and commit the changes. If that doesn't work, please let me know.
