hello the events button is not showing next to the property button and after seeing some videos it showed the the events button is in the bottom below the prototype however I cannot get it.

Go to View -> Expert mode and you will see the Events palette.

I'm already using the expert but nothing is showing up.

Try going to View -> Reset workspace. If that doesn't work, make sure the Events palette is ticked to be shown in the View -> Palettes menu.

No, it will just reset the palettes to their default location in the workspace.

the css and navigation were ticked as well, but once the reset is pressed they return.

When did you last try? It looks like your account was accidentally reverted to a free/limited account due to a time/date manipulation. We reset that just a few minutes ago, so can you try signing out and in again?
