Expected Learn Time for Beginner?

Answered Matt Stieg 8 years ago

Roughly how long should I expect to plan for learning Flow Charting, Design, etc. & be reasonably adept at building within JIM?

Level of assistance generally needed to become reasonably proficient with JIM?

I'm knowledgeable with flow process & schematics, just new to JIM.

Thanks in advance. Glad to be here.

Hi Matt,

There isn't any exact answer to your question as this will depend on you and the time you spend practising and learning. I would reccomend you start by following all the tutorials from our support section - from the Getting started section and then move to Advanced.

In case you need further knownledge please visit our specialists section: http://www.justinmind.com/specialists and reach out directly to any Justinmind expert for instructor led trainings.

Yes, it will certainly depend upon time invested in learning. I'm a firm believer in working hard and smart.

I was hoping to hear from some experienced users on their learning curve since being introduced to JIM.

And thank you for the tutorials & forum. Very helpful.

Familiarity with another GUI - Based production tool like Flash, dramatically decreased my learning curve, it was rather intuitive! "GREAT JOB Justinmind" sorry, i know this is not very helpful.

But if you do have any questions please do not hesitate.
