Exporting HTML does not work

When I try to open the HTML it says :
Page not found.This may be due to an error during the HTML export. Please verify if the ".html" file exists.The file does exist. What is going wrong? PS the optimized option in the preferences is unchecked!

What browser are you using to open the HTML file?
