Hello,

When you uninstalled Justinmind, did you follow this process?

- Uninstall version 9

- Go to your user's folder, open the Justinmind folder there and delete any folder that has 9.0 or any version starting with 9

- Download the installer from here https://www.justinmind.com/download

- Install and launch again

Please let me know if this is the process you followed and if it still didn't work.

Thank you,

-Chloe

Hello,

Can you send me your .vp file? You can compress it to .zip/.rar and attach it here.

Thank you,

Hello,

The file you have attached is corrupt and can't be recovered. Do you have any backup copies of this file and any that show up when you go to File - Open Backup copy?

Also, if you could attach your log files that would be helpful to us.

You can find them by following this file path:

On Mac: [folder of the user]/justinmind/version/logs.log

On PC: (C://users/youruser/Justinmind[version]/logs.log)

There may also be a file called logs.log.1 in that folder. If it's also listed, please attach it as well.

If that doesn't work, you can also go to your online account and get any Published or View on Device copy from there.

Please let me know if you have any other questions and if this helps.

Thank you kindly,

-Chloe
