Free Trial shared project

Solved Meme3999 5 years ago

I'm on free trial, for the first day I was not able to open the shred project with my team members, it displays a message that there is no shared project. the next day when i sign in into my account the free trial has expired although it has only been one day.

How were you trying to access the shared project? Did you go to Teamwork > Open shared prototype? If so, you'll need to be added as a user by the project owner. You should then receive an email notifying you that you've been added to a Teamwork prototype and it should show up for you to work on at Teamwork > Open shared prototype. Learn more about Teamwork here. Let me know if you have any questions, or if you were accessing the prototype some other way that's not Teamwork.

I tried to access it in the same exact way you described it, but whenever i try to open a shared project it displays a message that there are no shared project.

my friend sent me another request for collaboration but still I got the same message.

We see in our database that you have been added as a Developer collaborator to an account. Is that the same user who's sharing the Teamwork prototype with you? If so, it's possible that the Developer account you have was added to be able to edit the Shared prototype rather than your user account. Can you try signing out of Justinmind and signing in to the Developer account? It's under a Hotmail email.

i am sorry i did't understand, if the developer account (which is my friend account) is the one who invited me to collaborate, how is it possible that I have been added to the project in their account instead of mine.

You have been added as a developer within your friend's account. When your friend added your email as a user for the shared prototype, your developer account was granted access to the shared prototype instead of your own Trial account. Here's how you can fix this:

1. Have your friend add you as a user in their online account (Login to their online Justinmind.com/usernote account, go the Users tab, and add you as a user).

2. Once you are added as a user in your friend's online account, they should open the shared prototype in the Justinmind app. When they go to manage users who can edit the shared prototype, your user account should be an option now.
