For mobile prototypes there is no "On mouse over" But exactly this option is needed for stuff like this. Would be nice if this would work for mobile prototypes as well.

I would like the same thing. For now I made this:
When I drag an element over another element the element changes it style.
When: panel_1x =panel_2x & panel_1y =panel_2y -> change style
It works however only when I drag the element exactly onto the same X&Y point.
Would be nice if it's possible to change the relative x&y to the full object area.
