How can I disable notifications for unregistered viewers?

Answered Victor Conesa 9 years ago

I have a bunch clients reviewing a prototype. They are complaining about getting notified every time a comment gets added. I don't want to require them to register at justinmind to view a project.

Hi Sean,

You can turn off notifications for your reviewers when you reshare a prototype, but not when you add new comments.

One workaround for this is to delete them as reviewers until the next version of the prototype is finished, and then you can add them as reviewers again.

Best,

Thanks for the suggested workflow. That would be tedious with over 20 reviewers.

Here's a step by step email I just sent to the client. Maybe someone else can use this.

Guys,

FYI - The prototyping presentation tool we are using Justinmind Usernote will by default send you an email every time someone comments on a wireframe. If you don't want to get notified as people collaborate and leave comments you can disable them by registering at Justinmind and disabling notifications for each project we share with you.

How to register at Justinmind Usernote and disable notifications

1. Register at with your email from the list below by going to this link https://www.justinmind.com/usernote/s...

2. Skip the download page they show you next - you don't need to download the app

3. Go to http://justinmind.com/usernote - This should load your account screen if not sign in with your new account credentials.

4. Change the dropdown at the top of the account from your trial account to the one that just shows your name
