How can I share a prototype with someone using another account ?

We are two people from two differents companie working on a project together. We both bought professionnal license. And I don't understrand how to collaborate on a project.
Is there a way to do that ?
When I try to add my collegue as a user to the project, its asking me to upgrade my account. But I don't want more user on my account, because we both already bought professionnal license on separated accounts.

If you would like to collaborate through Teamwork, you will both need to be users on the same account.
Without both being users in the same account, you can still collaborate as reviewers.
