Unfortunately this feature is not available right now. Widgets to upload video and audio are on top of our development team new features to be implemented in the future, but there is no set date yet.
There is a possible workaround if you are familiar with HTML and CSS. If you export your prototype to HTML, you can set the z-index of your video such that it lies underneath all of your other overlapping elements. The downside is that you will need to do this each time you make a change to your prototype in JIM.
