I can't get an event to repeat

I have a button with events to hide and show certain elements. When I click it, all the right elements are shown, but the next time I click the button there are two elements missing. I have attached a recording for reference. It is very strange that I can't attach .vp files to these support tickets... Otherwise I'd share my whole project so you can take a closer look. Let me know how I can share my project with you.

You can convert the .vp file to a .rar file and attach it here, or you can send an email to us with the .vp file and we can assist you there.

Any help here? I click a row in my dynamic data list in order to hide/show elements, but I am unable to repeat this event. How can I make this functionality/event repeat every single time i click a row?
