Hi Nicholas,

Do you see an error message when you go to install? If so, can you list it here? This will help with figuring out why you're unable to install the application.

Danielle

There is no error, it looks like it is starting, but it never starts the installation.

Hi Nicholas,

Could you please try reinstalling the app by using the installer at this link below:

http://www.justinmind.com/download?older

You will need to take into account that you must be the admin of the computer and before the reinstalling you should uninstall first.

Kindly let me know how it goes.

Having the same issue. Get's stuck at verifying and goes no further.

Hi Beau,

Could you please check out at this path "Preferences" / "Security" / "Privacy" that Justinmind hasn't been blocked? Our app is registered with Apple but it could be that it has been detected as an unregistered app. You will need to select the second option, the one that includes the registered developers.

Kindly let me know how it goes.

Hi Beau,

Could you please confirm that the option "Mac App Store and identified developers" has been selected? (See the screenshot attached).

Same computer (one month old) and same exact problem. I have the security/privacy settings the same as you have instructed and still not installing - hung up in the verification modal with no progress for 20 minutes now.

The only way to install is through the terminal and installing xcode. http://macappstore.org/justinmind/

shame on you justinmind for not having a better installation experience for your UI/UX users on macs.

Hi Lisa,

Take into account that the instructions at the link provided are not the official ones and do not belong to the official Apple Store.

Hello Sonia, It works. It installed apple x-code which is what is needed prior to installing justinmind. I am really surprised that your company isn't properly supporting apple products. You have a product for UI/UX users that prefer apple and yet you are lacking in support for them.

Hi Lisa,

Unfortunately, you are experiencing a random case that it's not happening with other users. Our development team is aware of the information you have provided and we will investigate and try to find out which is the source of your issue.

Sorry for any inconvenience.

Why not just acknowledge on your website that the install for mac is broken so that users don't waste time trying to get this installed?

I definitely would have quit before getting this far if it wasn't that a client spec'ed their project with justinmind.

Hi Zach,

We are aware of this issue but as mentioned is not an issue that is happening to all Mac users, it is happening randomly. Our development team is working on fixing it as soon as possible.

Meanwhile if you restart your computer and after you try to reinstall you will be able to complete the installing process.

Hi Molly,

Can you confirm that restarting your computer didn't fix the issue and that you're still unable to install the software?
