Icon & Text Tabs - Icon resets to Original Icon when Saving

When I replace the icon in an "Icon & Text Tabs" instance, upon saving it resets to the original Icon, regardless if I choose to embed the new image or link to a file.

Hi Peter,

Thanks for reporting this, and for including a video of the issue. However, we don't actually see the bug in this recording, as it looks like it is cut off right before you save. If possible, can you take another recording and include what happens after you save?

Well, what happens is that the icon resets.

Should be easy to reproduce as its 100% consistent behavior.
