Images went missing, image placeholder showing red border

In the middle of designing for the mobile in high fidelity, i have witnessed an awful moment, that all of my images went missing.

And image placeholder border is appearing red as shown in screenshot.

I can remap the image to these placeholder, but how i can prevent this experience in reoccurring next time.

Hi Gaurav,

We're sorry that you're encountering this. In order to assist you, can you describe what's happening in more detail? Do you see an error message? Can you identify if this has happened after doing any specific action? Import / Export screens? Are you using the Teamwork feature?

Meanwhile, as i don't know, if our engineers will find a solution straight away, you can use the backup option to recover the images. "File" / "Recover prototype"

Hello Sonia,

It happened when i was resizing an image, and when i had ask jim to save the file.. the just in mind gave an error.. File changed on disk..and then it don't allowed me to save. I don't remember the error details exactly.. but what i can recall is that the error had the word disk in it. As if it was corrupted.

if that happens again, will send a screenshot.
