In the action editor, scroll the targeted widget into view in the outline.

More often than not, especially on large and complex prototypes, the widget that is targeted for action in the action editor (e.g., the widget that will be moved by a "Move" action, or whose style will be changed by a "Change Style" action) is out of view in the outline. Often, especially after copying and pasting an action or event (or a widget that has events and actions), it is necessary to scroll the targeted widget into view in order to change the target to another widget near it in the outline.

It would be very convenient if the targeted widget was always scrolled into view in the outline if possible.
