Is it possible to re-order panels within a dynamic panel?

To keep a menu "in order" I need to re-arrange the order of panels in a dynamic panel. Tried in Outline but no luck.

Unfortunately panel reordering is not an available feature for dynamic panels.

Why not? What possible technical issue could be preventing us from moving a panel up in the layer order in outline?

Apologies for the late response here! This isn't a technical issue, it's just something we haven't added, mostly because it doesn't affect the functionality of the panels themselves. However, I'll let our team know this is requested.

It would help with keeping things logically (and physically) organized within the Panel set. Please add this simple feature. It also falls inline with the concept of "move forward/backward", at least within the dynamic panel set.

I am a little bit disappointed, please add re-ordering feature for panels similar to "Screens/Templates" in layer under outline section.
