justinmind app won't show shared prototypes

Known Jer Emch 7 years ago

When I log into the Justinmind app on an iPad to review my prototypes, they are no longer showing any prototypes. However, when I log in using my same credentials on another iPad, my prototypes are visible. Prototypes used to display on my iPad, but they aren't any longer. I've logged out, restarted the iPad, to no avail.

Hi Jer,

Your issue seems to be related with the Internet connection. Can you try refreshing by swiping down the prototypes list and see if appears the prototype?

Hi Sonia,

I've swiping down a few times, as well as over different wifi connections. The loading spinner thinks for a moment, but doesn't return any results. Is there a limit on how many devices connected to my JIM account that are preventing it from working? I have a work device (the iPad that isn't showing prototypes now), my personal iPhone, and a co-worker's iPad logged in using my credentials to review.

I was able to fix this by deleting and reinstalling the app. Still not sure why this happened though.

Hi Jer,

That's odd as usually this happens just when the internet connection is not working properly. Please keep me informed if you experience any other issues related with this.

Hi,

I can't view the shared prototype in the app. Is anyone else having this problem?

What happens when you try to view your shared prototypes? Do you see an error message? If so, can you list what it says here?

Hi, I have the same problem. I click on "View on device" in my Windows App, no error pops up, on the contrary, tells me to open the Justinmind App and tap "View on device". In the app nothing shows except a caption "There aren't any prototypes shared in this account. The account is the same on both windows and ios, I changed the profile picture in one and shows up in the other.

We're not sure why the prototype isn't appearing, but you can try going to Share > Share and publish your prototype to your online account. It should then be visible for you to see in the mobile app.
