Multiple options on one button/square area.
Is there an option to take a "button" in a .jpg and have two available options for it, one to hover over a button and change to another .jpg and back when hovered away from the button. When the button is clicked, it leads to another screen and stays there. It's multilayer funtionality.
I would think a dynamic panel with two panels would work.
The first panel would contain your non-hover state with the .jpg. When that is hovered over use the 'set active panel' action to change it to the other panel in the same dynamic panel.
For the click put a link to event on at least the hover state panel. If you expect tablet users (that can't hover) you'd need to put the on-click event on both panels.
