No server connection

Known eric 7 years ago

I am trying to open a shared prototype but it tells me: " Justinmind Prototyper could not establish connection to the server."

I disabled my antivirus software and added Justinmind to the firewall list of Programms which should not be bocked.

I am using Ver. 8.1.0

Any advice how to solve my problem?

Dear Eric,

We're sorry you're encountering this issue. Which Justinmind version are you using? Are you using a proxy connection?

Have you configured the proxy on the sign in dialogue in prototyper? Attached you'll see a screenshot of the dialogue,

Dear Eric,

Can you save and send us the log files. You can find the logs by going to:On PC: C://users/youruser/Justinmind[version]/logs.log On Mac [folder of the user]/justinmind/version/logs.log

*You can attach them in a .rar format, or upload it to a file sharing service such as Dropbox, and attach the link to it here.

Dear Eric,

We can't see any error at the logs. What it might be happening is that you haven't got any access to any Teamwork prototype as when the dialogue is empty a default message is displayed with that error message. This message might be confusing that's why I have already reported this to our engineers. Can you check out that you have access?

I think I should have access.

If I click on the top right to see my Accountinformations. There is also the mailadress of the Projektowner. I can click on it and download the Projekt via the Browser.

Dear Eric,

The teamwork projects can't be visualized at the online account unless the owner of these projects have granted you with access.
