One MAC and more than 20 Users

Solved Victor Conesa 8 years ago

Hey,

I install Justinmind 7.2.2 on a mac 10.11.5 and I enter a valid key. It works fine, but when I logged out and a another User logged in (network user) and startet Justinmind, he have to enter a valid key. It is not possible to enter a valid key for all Users on one MAC?

Hi there,

On the same computer, several users should be able to open the program without reactivating the key.

Could you check if there exists a file with the name ".dat" in the folder "configuration"? This folder is inside the installation folder of the program. This ".dat" (it does not have a name, just the extension ".dat") file is necessary for remembering the activation key among users of the same computer.

Regardless of this, multiple activations on the same computer won't consume license copies so, even if it is cumbersome, each different user may have to enter the license key.

Best,

Danielle

Yes, there is a file with .dat. When I add an new value key, in the .dat file change something. Now, I login with a another account, I have to enter the key again. If I enter the key, I got this message:

Too many registrations; Unable to lock key:null

Hi there,

How many users is your valid license for? If you wish to use your license for more than 20 users, you will need to purchase a 20+ user license.

Hi Danielle, I don't want to intrude here, but is it possible to answer my question in another thread? I really like using this product and close to creating my prototypes, but the app keeps crashing on me and I cannot accesss 3 screens I created. I would truly appreciate your help. :) https://www.justinmind.com/community...
