I have used a pre-made pinned top and it doesn't stay at the top of my prototype page but rather slowly scrolls down the page, just not at the same speed as the scroll. Can you please fix this problem? Thanks!
Hi Katie,
Can you attach a vp file example (attach here in .rar extension) with the pinned top element that you have used so we can see what might be happening?

Hi Katie,
Which browser are you using? Internet Explorer sometimes does not work properly with pinned elements. If you are using IE, can you try using a different browser?
Kindly let me know how it goes.

It was opening the file in Safari. I copied the link to Google Chrome and the same issue still happens in both browsers.

Hi Katie,
It's a bug that will need to be solved by our development team. Meanwhile, as a workaround, you can include the content inside of a dynamic panel and set the automatic scroll. See the tutorial attached.
