Please help me to switch to the correct subscription
I would like to seek for an assistance regarding the wrong plan that I have purchased on 29 Dec 2020. I had accidentally purchased the wrong plan which cost $228 yearly and my initial plan was to purchase the 1-month plan to try out the premium feature of the application. May I know if it’s possible for you to help me switch it to a $29 per month plan and refund me the remaining amount? As stated in your T&C, you mentioned that "There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. " Therefore, I did not use the app after I made the wrong purchase. I sincerely hope that you can assist me with this issue as soon as possible.
I have previously sent out 3 emails regarding this issue and I have not gotten any reply. Would appreciate it if you could get back to me as soon as possible because I need to use the application urgently.
