Problem with JIRA Plugin

When I try to import requirements from JIIRA The screen shows a message "Importing Requirements from JIRA" but just hangs and freezes. Please advise.

Thanks for reporting this. Can you attach your log files when this happens? ou can find your log files by following this file path:

On Mac: [folder of the user]/justinmind/version/logs.log

On PC: C://users/youruser/Justinmind[version]/logs.log


Please attach both logs.log and logs.log.1

Hi Rechell,

You're seeing that message because your account is locked. This is the message from jira:

"Access was denied because the account credentials provided are reported as locked.

Please contact the Corporate Help Desk to have your account unlocked."

So you'll need to contact Atlassian support about this.
