Reset password not working
The system will not allow me to reset my password. I get the error shown in image.

Your accounts for your online Justinmind account and our customer support portal are different, and use different credentials. If you'd like to reset your password for your online Justinmind account, go here: https://www.justinmind.com/usernote/newPass.action
If you'd like to reset your customer support portal password, go here: https://justinmind.zendesk.com/ and click 'forgot password'.

If you're seeing that message, it means you're not a user in the customer support portal. If you're the account owner of your license, you should have received an email telling you to specify credentials for your customer support portal account that was automatically created when you purchased Justinmind. If you're not the account owner, then unfortunately you won't be able to access the customer support portal.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you! It looks like the customer support portal account for your email had not been correctly created. I have recreated your user from your @ipfs email. You should receive an activation email and will be able to designate your password.
